Can a form add people to my CRM and let them book a time on my calendar?

Yes. Everything is in one place, so you do not need a separate form tool, calendar tool and CRM.

1. Create a form in the form builder. There are built-in templates and drag and drop elements. Set it up to populate the CRM, so each submission creates a contact.
2. Under Calendars, then Bookables, create the booking page where a person selects a date and time. It creates the meeting invite and emails it to them.
3. Sync the calendar with Google Calendar if you use it.

Votel has a built-in CRM, so connecting another CRM is possible but not required.

A good addition is a lead alert: when someone fills out the form on your website, send yourself an email saying you have a new lead.
